Life in our classroom is always filled with hands-on activites and lots of fun! Everything we do is part of the learning process and is focused around our weekly theme, as well as, many ongoing themes in the area of math and reading readiness.

As March rolled in we celebrated St. Patrick's Day by catching leprechauns. Try as we might, we never caught the one that turned our classroom upside down. We also had a wonderful morning to celebrate our moms as we put on our show and did crafts with them at our "Mommy and Me Tea". We rang in spring with a study of the farm, a special "flowery" snack donated by Joslyn, more time outside, and cleaning up our campus during Swain's Earth Day celebration. We are now moving on to many fun units, such as, bugs, dinosaurs, an African Safari, ocean life and more!!! The year has flown by and Mrs. Campbell and I want to slow down the hands of time. We will just soak in these last weeks of school with our precious students to the best of our ability!!!
